Important Notice from RTA As per the new instruction of the RTA (Road Transport Authority). All customers entering on visit-tourist or transit visas are not allowed to rent a car using any local license unless accompanied by a valid International Drivers Licence or a temporary UAE Drivers Licence issued by the local authority against their local country licence. UAE nationals and holder of residence visa of UAE should have a valid UAE Drivers Licence. All GCC nationals can use their country\'s Drivers Licence to rent a car if its not expired .Above instruction should be followed strictly. I have read the important Notice from RTA & Accept

Terms & Conditions General Rental Conditions Upon submitting your rental request, please note your booking is not approved until confirmed by Sixt UAE. Driver has to be in possession of a valid driving licence for at least 1 year. International customers also have to be in possession of an international driving licence. All GCC nationals are permitted to drive on their respective countries national licences. Age Restrictions Minimum age in United Arab Emirates is 21 years In United Arab Emirates, the following rules apply for the minimum age and possession of a driver\'s licence: 21 years / 1 year for vehicle groups B150,B170,C180,C200,E200 23 years / 1 year for vehicle groups E280,CLK,S350,SLK,ML Class,R350,Viano 25 years / 1 year for vehicle groups GL500,SL350 Conditions of Payment We accept credit cards from internationally recognised credit card companies - such as American Express, Mastercard, Diners Club and Visa. We do not accept any prepaid cards or debit cards (Visa Electron). Sixt CarExpress Servicecard is only accepted in combination with a valid Credit Card. General Insurance Conditions Third Party Insurance (TI) Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a maximum cover of AED 1. million for personal injuries and material damages. Maximum cover for personal injuries is unlimited per injured person. Excluded from the insurance is the use of the vehicle for the transport of dangerous goods. All insurance cover as part of the rental contract will become void, in particular, if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driver\'s licence at the time of the event giving rise to claim. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) Collision Damage Waiver removes the drivers responsibility to a part of the vehicle in case of damage. If CDW is accepted, the customer is only responsible for the following amounts: AED 1,000.- B150, B170, C180, C200 AED 2,500.- E200, E280, AED 3,000.- CLK200, SLK200, Viano AED 3,500.- ML350, ML500, R350 AED 4,000.- S350, SL350, GL500 Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) Personal Accident Insurance provides cover against the consequences of an accident. PAI includes up to: AED 150,000.- for invalidity, AED 150,000.- for decease, AED 0.- for medical costs. Delivery & Collection During Opening Hours Delivery/Collection Service within city limits of Dubai is free of charge. For Delivery/Collection Service from Dubai to (see list) a charge applies: Jumeirah AED 0.- Jebel Ali, Sharjah AED 75.- Al Maha Resort, Ajman, Umm Al Qwain AED 150.- Hatta, Ras Al Khaimah, AED 200.- Khorfokkan, Fujairah, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi AED 300.- Delivery/Collection Service for the following cities: Umm Al Qwain, Hatta, Ras Al Khaimah,Khorfokkan, Fujairah, Al Ain and Abu Dhabi is on request. Please contact the local rental station. One-Way Rentals National One-Way Rentals within Sixt locations in Dubai are free of charge. International International One-Way Rentals are not allowed. Cross Border Rentals & Territorial Restrictions Cross Border Rentals are not allowed. Service Fee/Premium Location Fee A Service Fee of AED 10.- occurs for rentals at airport. Extras Accessory Per Rental Baby Seat (10-18 kg) 75,00 Child Seat (10-36 kg) 75,00 Accessories are bookable without obligation and subject to availability. Additional Driver An Additional Driver Surcharge of AED 50.- per day applies. All rates are inclusive of VAT (if VAT incurs). For corporate customers with individual agreements alternative prices and regulations Charges: The minimum rental period is 24 hours, with a grace period of 1 Hour Thereafter charges will be levied for an additional day. The rates are subject to change without prior notice. Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of petrol and should be returned full. A refuelling charge will be applicable for vehicles not returned with a full tank. There will be a charge applicable of AED 2.00 per litre for refuelling. . Insurance: All our vehicles are comprehensively insured within the UAE, including Third Party Insurance. Comprehensive insurance cover is provided against accidental damage, fire and theft with the third party. All insurance clauses are subject to laws of the UAE and are restricted to the confines of the country. In the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle, the hirer is responsible for the total damage cost, except where Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) has been accepted and purchased by the hirer (a non-waiver able amount will be applicable). This is applicable only in the event, where the hirer is at fault. This will be applicable provided the terms and conditions have been complied with. A pre- authorization covering the estimated rental charges, along with the amount of the Non Waiver able will be necessary and will be obtained on the renter’s credit card at the time of rental.
