Important Notice from RTA
As per the new instruction of the RTA (Road Transport Authority). All customers entering on visit-tourist or transit visas are not allowed to rent a car using any local license unless accompanied by a valid International Drivers Licence or a temporary UAE Drivers Licence issued by the local authority against their local country licence. UAE nationals and holder of residence visa of UAE should have a valid UAE Drivers Licence. All GCC nationals can use their country’s Drivers Licence to rent a car if its not expired .Above instruction should be followed strictly.
